Thank-you - I just get annoyed on here sometimes!!!
They also had {if anyone is interested...} the large 20 questions game for £10 half price, thought that was good seeing as the tiny one is £12??

You'll get used to it, happens to us all i'm afraid, no matter how good you think your deal is,
there will always be someone that votes cold.
What gets me is when they don't explain why, they just hit and run.
It's like the 24 hr deal i was thinking of posting " pay £5 and get 10 back "
but it would get voted cold so I won't bother. :-D

By the way heat given

I know....it does put me off posting a lot of the time for the fear of negativity!!! Post your deal, we should be brave!!!!

i brought this game last year from home bargains for £12.00 and although it is a great price for it op if the intended recipient is a child DONT BOTHER. questions are about american directors & writers, way too hard for children

I played this at a friends house - loved it! His has special player buttons though...I take it this one is different?
Looking for the one with the buttons for my boyfriend xmas.

Not bad, but this looks like the older version
The latest '2nd edition' is only £15 at argos just now:

None of the discount codes work.

Good OP though

B&M (Home Bargains?) Have a couple of incarnations of this game avilabale. In my local store they had:

Scene It £9.99
Scene it 2nd Edition £9.99
Disney Scene It About £12[
Friends Scene It About £12
And I think I may have had Music & Harry Potter Scene it too.

Also possibly still available at B&M/Home Bargains is Scene It? Expansion pack. It can be used with any Scene It? board game and includes a New DVD and New questions. A bargain at £3.99.

That's the Xbox 360 version (requires an Xbox 360 console). If you have the console, the game (inc Buzzers) is £15 at Argos and the new Xbox version (without buzzers) is £15 at Zavvi

I agree with the game not being suitable for children but not all the questions are USA related.

I don't think this game has ever been aimed specifically towards children. It's a game for movie lovers. Me and my sisters play it every now and then at family get-togethers (mostly xmas!) and we love it. I've never found it "too american" either - yes, a lot of the questions are based around american movies, but you have to expect that given that most of the well-known movies are made in the USA.

One of the best games on the market!!!

Those Home Bargain prices above are great, shame there isn't one near me

Might go for the Argos deal! Could do with the Disney one cheap somewhere for the missus

They seem to be a great shop for deals, but they're only really up north!
