even in winter i dont think i could bulk with this :P think id explode haha

With Leancore in the name I would expect it to have a lot less carbs in it. And they suggest taking 200g a day so this tub will only last 5½ days. So you would need about 5 tubs a month.

Online this is sold for £50 in 5kg tubs! It works out cheaper to buy 5kgs!

Carb bloat to the max, couldn't handle this. Bet it tastes pretty good though.

You can get 10kg of 36% whey protein gainer from discount supplements for 55 pounds. Although it has no fancy name and packaging...

Is it good for me if I work out to lose weight and I need extra protein? I don't know which protein powder I should buy. Is anybody could help me?

Don't buy this for a protein supplement, it isn't just that, it's for bulking. If you're cutting keep up with protein but get something like Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey.

We live in a democracy where freedom of speech, taste and ability to vote are bastions of it... thats why....?
