Anyone recommend any particular flavours in this clearance section? Quite fancy trying some of these for longer runs to see if they help any.

I never use them for runs. But me old man does take these running and says “that coffee one taste like absolute horse manure (dunno how he would know)” but he did say gets this box scienceinsport.com/cat…82/ from the local bike shop for about the same price and says it’s good if you like the flavours. Which apart from the coffee ones he says are all fairy good. Mmmmmfairies

Cheers, happy days. I've never ran with them but I don't know if it's me getting older but I am starting to fatigue more when I'm at the top end of my distance range so when I saw this I figured I might try them at least.
Snake oil.
I've never used Gels, but I use Fig Biscuits instead of Energy Bars.
road.cc/con…cts
I use the electrolyte gels for marathon running. Would highly recommend them

Well he uses oils for intense distances as like lucozade they’re only effective if you are pushing limits. If he’s going for a between 5-10 miler he takes Jelly Babies either bassets or the Haribo ones
