Digs Billacks?

Thanks for posting. I've gone for a new water bottle, for some reason I love the SiS water bottles there the only one I use. Also gone for the Rego Night which should be interesting. I have used Rego Recovery in the past and it is rocket fuel. SiS in great stuff. At 30% off it is a great deal I hope this gets hot.

Excellent products.....nice find

Nice find. I found a mispriced SiS 24x65g pack of bars for £1.20 delivered, ordered another and the day I received my second box of 24 they corrected the mistake back up to £25 just as I was creating a post for HUKD :/. Still, £2.40 for 48 SiS bars delivered, I'm happy Prefer the gels though, so if anyone wants a box for £22...

Culprit in Heart Disease Goes Beyond Meat’s Fat

Carnitine often is added to the drinks on the assumption that is will speed fat metabolism and increase a person’s energy level, Dr. Hazen said.

Dr. Robert H. Eckel, a professor of medicine at the University of Colorado and a past president of the American Heart Association, worried about how carnitine might be affecting body builders and athletes who often take it because they believe it builds muscle.

Those supplements, Dr. Hazen said, “are scary, especially for our kids.”

Thank you for sharing.

However with the article it even says....
"The real culprit, they proposed, was a little-studied chemical that is burped out by bacteria in the intestines after people eat red meat"

Nearly every type of food/drink is bad for us, we just have to be sensible and take he pro's with the con's.
Use your common sense people, what ever you do .... do it in moderation.

These and almost all sports drinks / supplements are not intended to be used by children. Kids keep away.

Great gels, but Science In Sport are the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Seem to operate on a par with a market stall, take no responsibility for faulty goods they send out. Avoid!
