# The most enjoyable way to exercise and strengthen your hand-grip and forearm.

# Switch on the LCD Revometer, and using the pull cord provided, spin the internal gyro.

# The test is to see how many revs you can build by spinning your wrist - 5,000 or 10,000?

# As the revs build so does the torque, making it a real challenge to control.

# Batteries included.

Its a good price but it looks a lot cheaper than the official pro version thats 14.99 from play.com.

I personally would pay 14.99 from play which has better looking quality buttons on display and not to mention lifetime warranty.

Really good deal a lot cheaper than anywhere else!

I think some might challenge their claim that this is "The most enjoyable way to exercise and strengthen your hand-grip and forearm." :giggle:

I don't think you're supposed to hold them between your legs, are you? :giggle:

Bought one last year off eBay for £18. Excellent for building strength and muscle in the wrist, palm and forearm. Bought a mountain bike last year and damaged the nerves at the heel of the palm from leaning on the handlebars to much. Basically gave myself a version of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (pins and needles in the fingers). Not nice at all, no strength, buzzing in the fingers, dead sensation in the tips etc. two weeks of the ball and it clearedup. Highly recommended.
