Strengthen your arm muscles with this nifty little device. Pull the red cord to get the gyroscope inside the ball rolling then by holding the strength ball and spinning it with your wrist the revs will build up and improve your arm strength. The most enjoyable way to exercise and strengthen your hand-grip and forearm. Switch on the LCD Revometer, and using the pull cord provided, spin the internal gyroscope. The test is to see how many revs you can build by spinning your wrist - 5,000 or 10,000? As the revs build so does the torque, making it a real challenge to control.

I wonder why :P lol.

Thanx, i seen these at Play.com alot, are they to help build the forarms or just a game? lol

this is really good for working out your forearms, can get a bit noisy though depending on how good you are with wrist control

check out youtube for videos, you see some very dedicated users of the powerball on there

Had one of these, it was quite low quality and the screen broke after a few days. Took it back and bought a proper power ball. I've had no problems with that.

Rip off powerball

These are harder to get the knack of than even those yo-yos that spin at the end of the string.

This is a very good deal, cheapest I seen for the lcd version.

Having said that ,someone is saying these are not as good as the 'powerball' ones

Wonder what else it could strengthen?:|

"The most enjoyable way to exercise and strengthen your hand-grip and forearm" ......?

I highly doubt this!
