not granite , full product info here direct.asda.com/geo…MpA very hardwearing.I use mine daily and they were purchase approx 2 years ago, still like new

As an example, could I cook a fried egg or omlete without any oil, without having to worry about a nightmare of a mess to scrape off, and without having rubbish quality cooked food? Seems to good to be true?

correct no oil needed, I however just add a spray fine mist of oil. Don't use excessively high heat, and best results are don't dishwasher clean.Very easily cleaned hot soapy water, I have the 5 piece set including pans with lids, store lid inverted on top of pan, then stack the next etc No chips to the pans that way.
