The grill panels are very flat

I own this and it has been my go to pan for much of my cooking, admittedly because it's square. It gives you so much more space.
As an example - When cooking for family & friends a normal (round) frying pan fits 3 burgers with no further space.

With this pan I can fit 4 burgers, and in between all the space left over, some onions to fry.
I'm a convert to square pans for the hob, as it so much more logical!
For this specific pan... don't try to fry eggs in it... it's a griddle pan with ridges across it.

EDIT - Just to add to the info, unlike all the "Non-stick" pans I've owned in my life that have shed their coatings, this pan never has. Not one single speck of coating has come off. So perhaps it is somehow better? (edited)

I have many Scoville pans, roasting trays, all absolutely brilliant, they honestly 'never stick' and all coating still perfect years later, worth every single penny!
Deffo adding this one to my collection, thank you for posting!

You are very welcome. Use wooden utensils and hand wash for best results and lifespan of this pan 🎀

Planning to replace all our pans with this Scoville range once they're knackered. Easy to clean; what would be a stubborn stain on any other pan i've ever used just glides off these leaving the coating intact every time.

Yep, it's amazing how everything just wipes off.
    No more soaking required!

Was going to purchase this as its a great price, however as mentioned by a previous user the grill slats are barely visible. Ended up purchasing one off Amazon with deeper ridges

Just one uninformed opinion here, but I thought the kind of temperatures you get a proper sear on grill/griddle pans for most things is also too high for non stick coatings?

Or are there other benefits to grill style pans than them sear lines? (edited)

buy this if you want a square pan, as a grill pan is unsuitable as the grill lines are very shallow. Coating is good.

Is this suitable to fry eggs in ?
