These are terrible the lids don't fit properly and the non stick comes …These are terrible the lids don't fit properly and the non stick comes away after a month

4 years down the line and ours are still as good as new, that includes all the additionals such as Wok and grill pans, so good infact we use their traditional baking trays.

Following the care guide provided when purchasing may make the difference, such as no requirement for scrubbing with a scourer.

Considering they offer a lifetime guarantee, did you take them up on this, would be interesting to know how good their after sale service is.
Love mine & 100% better than my tefal non stick pans which are peeling on the outsides!!
I bought the griddle pan, it was and still is the best pan I have ever had.

I never use the scourer, I'd read the lids didn't fit properly but it wasn't till I got mine that I realised this. I dunno how to go about challenging the guarantee, through asda or scoville

Replaced my tefals with these and never looked back. Fantastic pans, seem to have polar opposite opinions from folk though.

Some claim they are terrible, and others (& myself) claim they are fantastic.
I can only presume those who have problems with them are either using them with too much heat, scrubbing them with abrasives or something similair.
I use these, the frying pan, the wok and the stock pot and they've all been fantastic. I have of course adhered to all of the care instructions (no metal utensils scraping against them, no heavy scouring, not using the maximum heat setting on my hobs etc) and they're as good as new.

We have had them for years and find occasionally the pan gets bent a fraction which stops the lid from fitting.

I put 2 tea towels over the pan then gently tap Down on the lid which seems to do the job.

I know I’ve said it before the wife has tested most “nonstick pans” to destruction but these are still going strong.
Ordered. Thanks op
awful pans and awful reviews!
I've purchased over the years a few of their frying pans.

I'm a qualified chef (tho don't work in the industry any more) and as long as you look after them right, these are the best bang for buck pans you can buy. I have 2 of their woks, 4 of varying sized frying pans and they're all fantastic.

Made steak au poivre last night on my eldest pan which is nearing 8 years old and still good as new. DON'T put them in the dishwasher but hand wash them and they'll be just fine. Nice fine op.

Their guarantee is worthless ive sent pic video they never even replied. Asda is terrible for their customer service awful awful
Don’t recommend for induction hobs, very poor performance.

You'll have trouble getting ASDA to do anything under the law as issue wasn't raised within 6 months of purchase (up to that point ASDA would have had to sort it for you under your statutory rights).

So it's just the manufacturer guarantee, or perhaps ASDA offering longer than your statutory rights for a replacement / partial refund, as your only recourse...

The nonstick coating started coming off mine after a few months, then the pans started warping. I won't be buying these again!

DO NOT BUY!

These are absolutely horrendous. I complained to Asda, sent a copy of the receipt and they refused to help; their only advice was to deal with Scoville. I emailed Scoville and sent photos, the receipt etc and they literally make up any nonsense to get out of either giving you a rightful refund or a new product! Absolute disgrace and I wouldn’t ever purchase anything Scoville again. The “lifetime warranty” is a complete lie.
Ive had one of the frying pans for just over 2 years and it's been great, not adhered to guide by the letter and it's still been fine, well that was until a friend cooked and washed up a couple times and scratched the coating a bit, still does the job but gutted. Will buy more of this range.
Wow these pans are like marmite! I think I will give it a miss, thank you for all the reviews!
Ordered. Have the Neverstick Frying Pans and Wok, so very happy to spend £20 on a three saucepan set. Thanks.

Lids on mine fit fine and the non stick is going grand after nearly three years.

I have no idea what people are doing to them for the nonstick to come off within a month or that the lids don't fit or that the pans have "warped". You people need to try taking care of stuff.

My understanding is that they aren't dishwasher safe (despite what the label says), so those who wash up by hand have no issues.
Brilliant pans .
Love the Scoville Range

Yes, and Scoville. They’re absolutely useless pans and their customer service is a disgrace! No idea how they’re allowed to stay in business; false claims left, right and centre!

From what you have said, ASDA have probably broken your 'statutory rights' (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) by not providing a replacement or partial refund when you raised the issue with them within 6 months of purchase.

Forget manufacturer guarantees as they are often useless, but your statutory rights are a legal right.

If you want to pursue it, go after ASDA.

Martin Lewis' website has a great article 'consumer rights' that will tool you up for pursuing this if you wish to.

Agree.
I have the Morrisons version of these pans and they are just too light.
They move around on the induction hobs.

Two are stained from cooking burgers and fries at 180 degrees.
Love my pans had them for years without any problems, guarantee is pretty self explanatory as long as you read the information supplied with your pans and register them on the website like it tells you to do, also cleaning is easy again if you read the instructions that come with the pans like 99% of people don't and then blame the manufacturer for their misuse, I did have one pan where the lid didn't fit properly and using my guarantee I had it replaced with one that fitted perfectly, again using the supplied information I had with the pans.
