Scoville Pro Griddle Pan - was £23 last week when I first looked into them NOW £11.50 @asda

This was seen in my store so unsure if national.

Safe for all hob types including induction.

Oven safe

Dishwasher safe

Seemed a great deal to me and it's pretty huge 28cm

Was on the isle of wight which I know is not much use for everyone but as its a roll back deal I'll be surprised if it's not more prevalent
Are these good, Greenpan was quite popular, bought one and didn't last long. Was looking at these in Asda last week, can't remember if it was the price or the type of coating that I didn't buy one.

Life time guarantee so seems like a good bet.

For me previously it was the price - but now it's damn cheap I think.
Excellent price for good quality pans. I have the older style (non pro version) Scoville pans and they have been great, non-stick works as it should and cleans really easily, the handles are metal, so will not deteriorate like the Tefal plastic handles eventually do.

Not sure what extras the "Pro" versions have on them, looks exactly the same and might just be a rebranding exercise......HOT from me
OP, I presume you spotted but didn't actually buy? As per the post above, the Pro pans are described as something better than the normal ones, but I haven't been able to find any user comment.

The Pro seems to have fancier handles and NeverStick+ over regular NeverStick, but I can't tell how good that might be.

The regular pan set that dips to £35 now and then has glowing reviews on Asda's website, yet all the Pro kit is devoid of review.

I did buy.. But yet to get any grill action going yet.

I was after one anyways and kept eyeing them up at £23 as its huge.. and for half that it's a bargain IMO

Thanks. We've taken a punt and placed an order - not for this one as our old grill pan is ok - but for the 5 piece set. It seems it was posted on another thread the other day but I didn't see it then.
I got one of these yesterday in Swansea, so it probably is national. for the price I would say it is excellent value , I used it last night and I am happy with it.
