I think I got the last 5 piece pro pan set for £20 but there were lots of 30cm pro pans with the extra handle hanging up. Some smaller pans were also available and the pro grill pan I think are now £6.50.

These are on an end of an aisle towards the middle of the store.

I'll post some photos as proof in a comment below.

Lady at the till also printed out a summary slip which was uploaded. I have now uploaded the actual receipt for the HUKD sceptics.
It seems from the shelf price label that these were reduced on the 5th July 2018.
This pan set was a great buy at £40; at £20 it's insane.

Pro range doesn't appear on their website anymore; guess it's been discontinued.

You’ve got a great bargain there .
I prefer the non-Pro range - the thin layer of metal on the Pro range handles gets very hot.

Yep this is because they are oven safe. If you're someone who likes cooking I'd recommend the pro and to try a few things with it differently. Rice in oven comes out perfectly.

You'd need a big oven to fit in a 30cm frying pan plus both of its handles. I can see the benefits more for saucepans maybe?

Sorry not awake yet - realised this deal is for saucepans too! I only have frying pans from this range so don't get to see the benefits of the pro being oven proof.
I rate this deal off the scale HOT!

Ah. Apologies, I misread what you put.

Pizza express dough balls for 40p was a good bargain; and 2 packs of Ready to Cook Smoky BBQ Chicken dishes for 80p each, I couldn't say no to either. Just yellow label short dated reductions- no point posting on here as a deal.

I had to do a double take of the pro set price label. I initially though the £20 was going to be for a different item.

Good news for other HUKD members.

Did you try getting it scanned at a till? It could still be full price there but they may have not changed the shelf price label.
Same code on shelf label in Wigan store but scanned at £70.
This is not non stick... My eggs stuck to this and had to use a scoucer to get them off...

Chucked the pan the following day...

Not for me, thanks.

Cold.

I seriously have problems with eggs doing this. I now have an 'egg pan' that I know I'll scour after every use so don't care. No idea why it happens though?!?

Are there any pans that I can use without the eggs sticking?

Don't know for sure. That said, I noticed that eggs from Aldi/Lidl were somehow immune to this. The usual eggs from Waitrose/M&S suffered badly.. maybe something to do with the quality? Dunno...

You can make omelettes in the frying pan and put it under the grill at the end to make them nice and fluffy without the pan handle being damaged. I find this useful and for the folk who's eggs stick, I don't know what type of eggs you're making but mine never stick. I do dry fried eggs all the time and they turn out great. The first time I used a couple of sprays of 1 cal spray oil but I've since found you can use no oil at all. These pans have come in very handy for me as I've just started slimming world and can cook lots of the fat free recipes in them.
