Bought this 2 days ago, wasn’t sure about posting it as a deal cos I’m not as knowledgable about computers as most on here so didn’t post!

Seems to run really well, very happy with it so far. (edited)

Amazon had these at £236 earlier this week. Price moves a little every day or two.

Is this the best 4TB nvme deal yet? Has there been much better? I’m not desperate but I am currently having to be a bit frugal juggling some larger files around, I need to bite the bullet and get a big (and fast) storage drive - particular use of uncompressed video files and unreal engine projects.

Thinking I should wait longer for a killer 1000 heat deal?

If you’re in no rush id be tempted to wait. NVME deals and prices seem to be dropping significantly lately, I’m holding fire for a bit longer to grab a real bargain, hopefully…

the 2tb version at £108 is a good deal as well

Better deal on pure £/Tb basis I guess at that price, but Amazon is £123.48 for the 2Tb edition just now. (edited)

I bought this drive to use in an external thunderbolt enclosure with my Mac mini. Good drive, I’d order from Amazon over crucial as from crucial it traveled across Europe for ages and took nearly a month to arrive!

I almost bought the usb one the other day but I think having something like this in an enclosure has better future reuse potential

    I’d agree with that one.

    £238.39 direct from Crucial. (edited)
