No great deals here. Prices now show as exc VAT so beware!! Used to be a good customer, but recent very poor service has left me very cautious of this company. Better deals can be found at Toolstation.

Not for me they don't.

Just noticed there's a switch to go from VAT inc. to exc. Sorry about that! Thanks for pointing that out

Same thing happens on the Staples site and I think CPC.

There is an option to show/not show vat in the top right hand corner of page.

Sometimes I get caught out by varying prices based on the quantity you buy.

Screwfix have definately lost customer's to Toolstation though as I visit both places locally, Toolstation used to be quiet and Screwfix busy and now it's the other way around.

The free drinks at Toolstation are red hot, it wasn't just one branch either.

CPC are a trade seller who have always shown ex vat prices. they sell to the public as an option.

Screwfix can be expensive now and toolstation is better but not what it used to be.

Some good bargains here guys

Many items already out of stock.

Worth looking at individual categories and sorting by price low to high.

I picked up a couple of bow saws at £3 each, a wood saw at £2 something, set of steel rules at £3, sledge hammer at around 7 quid, little axe at under a fiver.

One of the bow saws has made short work of cutting through a couple of hefty logs this afternoon.
