Reading subscription service Scribd is offering free access to its library of over one million ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and more for the next 30 days (no commitment or credit card information required). Scribd told Good e-Reader that “With the spread of COVID-19 and new regulations put into effect, we know many people are staying close to home, yet still looking for information, distractions and perhaps a mental escape. Scribd wants to support the community by giving people access to the world’s largest library during this global health crisis, and do our small part in helping consumers through times of uncertainty.”

Been thinking of a Scribd sign up for a while.. thank you
Careful with this. I found the library of limited utility, forgot about it and almost got charged.
Even if you end up having a paid subscription, this looks far better than audible

I just signed up and didn’t need to input card deets of any type. Nice.
Great find, cheers man, looks decent competition for audible which I love

That’s fair. I did a 3 month trial that needed card details. Looks like you’ll be ok.
Quite a few omissions from my Audiobook wishlist.

Seems to have a lot of erotic novels though, no matter what I search

I already have an account but no previous subscription. I used the link in the deal and got no request for payment details at all. All signed up and reading books now. I have tied signing up using the 30 days link from the Scribd home page and it did ask for the payment details the though. Did you do that yourself? Use this link as it works as posted scribd.com/rea…ree
Same here, did not ask for credit card details
Been using this for about three weeks, great deal
