Yup, CDWow is normally cheapest for these.

Apologies for any pricing inacuracies through omiting other non-UK versions....
I'd used a price comparison against the UK versions forgetting the amount of stock CDWOW source from 'elsewhere' & that's what's posted above.
As for the comments about Axelmusic, I've ordered a few times with no probs & as to whether they're 'run by a Jackass', given the way that Amazon, HMV & countless others treat their customers & customer service the owner is obviously trying his/her hardest to fit in!?!?!

Series 1,2,3 are also £8.33 each before postage at www.dvdcrave.com.au
£10.21 delivered

Thanks for the pointer CHARLEYTHIRTYTWO

AxelMusic have been around for a few years I think.

CD Wow is over £20 :s

Kzeove

CD Wow is over £20 :s

There's another one almost the same for 12.99 which is strange.

Hi I'm stingersplash, Welcome to Jackass! What was the point in your pointless post? Do u have any experience of this company or are you a Jackass who just posts for the sake of it? :whistling:

Dont call him a jackass. I think you will find Stinger isnt going to post about it just for the sake of it.

Yes, he does have a lot of DVD buying experience. I think his point was pretty clear (if you can read).
1) CD-Wow is usually cheaper ;o)
2) He thinks Axel is run by a jackass.

Personally, I have never had a problem with Axel (althought I dont like their postage on top method that they changed to). I would imagine though that most users have a particular gripe against various retailers, and all are often happy to say.. comet are rubbish, I will never use Amazon again, HMV screwed up my order etc.

You are not the hotukdeals police nitro..even if you do like to whistle :whistling:

In any case, dvdcrave is cheaper for the same R2 & R4 release , so there is no excuse to buy this at an inflated price from axel

To be honest I've already apologised for not having thought to check CDWOW's reg 2/4 versions so if people want to use them at a comparable price & getting Quidco that's fine by me.
I'm always pleased to hear about another retailer with competative pricing so thanks to Smashed for his recommendation.
I think Nitro's only having a crack(he only actually asked IF Stingersplash was a Jackass) as personally if I'm gonna make a statement about a retailer I'll explain why I have this opinion otherwise it just sounds like an uninformed comment. Stingersplash is more than entitled to his opinion & may have very good cause for it but by not explaining his point he's not helping people to make an informed descision.

Yes, fair point. Stinger should explain why he doesnt like them.
But as I say, a lot of people say the same thing about other companies without people moaning.

Never had a problem with Axel or dvdcrave (they both are shipping the australian version of this).

Havent checked the Wow prices... but these titles have definitely been available cheaper than £12.60 before (and that was before discount).

Anyway... its good if you like it (tho I've never watched the show really myself but did buy some for the gf)

is there no import tax on these as its coming from australia??? If so, what is the rate?

Whether sent from European wholesalers or from the FarEast (Aust inc), these are generally sent individually & are under the Import Tax rate (especially when a lot of retailers, list 'cost' price on the outside of the packets to avoid just this scenario)

As for

But as I say, a lot of people say the same thing about other companies … But as I say, a lot of people say the same thing about other companies without people moaning

I'd say that the majority of people complaining without going into detail are on threads where the complaints are shared by a number of posters & it is therefore obvious what the problem is. Stinger's response was a strong one & I would have & still would be interested to hear what his problem was/is with Axelmusic as it seems to go beyond pricing & P&P issues (which is what most people I know have an issue with with regards to this retailer).

The customs rate is £18. Anything under that and you will not be charged. Also remember that postage is not included in this figure.
Therefore , if the items were £17.50, and postage was anotehr £5, you still wouldnt get charged.

Therefore, you could buy 2 at once (for £20.01 inc delivery) and not be charged customs.
