Very good if you want a basic hard-drive just to quick-swap files or back up your music.

Portable as well so no need to leave it plugged into mains!

ofc the upgrade cables cost around 20quid so really its better to buy a larger drive which is already usb3. been 500gb for under 50 before.
esata perhaps more useful as cant rememeber any portables with that as standard.
still a good price fo 250gb, not sure worth the upgrade though.
