Reviews say it’ll work with the Xbox One X, the only thing is it’s mains powered which might be a problem for some people - in terms of socket space
Dont waste your money on this. Do a quick search on here and you can fond cheaper 4tbs.
I find 2tbs to be the best price wise, plus I doubt you'll ever need more

Game drive = inflated price for absolutely no reason whatsoever
"Game drive" it's just a regular USB 3.0 harddrive with a Xbox logo

Don't get scammed guys

Not really getting scammed as it's around the same price for a 4tb USB 2.5 drive everywhere + this also has a 2 month gamepass included so if you need one not a bad price.

Your comments make no sense at all, you start off by saying it's a scam, then say it's not cheaper, cheaper than what? It's a 4tb 2.5 drive that is around the same price in a few other places but this also has 2 months game pass included.

Thanks, I just needed to drill down and see the link you provided along with the reasoning to get an idea of why.

Of course this is a deal. It's a product marketed for Xbox owners (not PC owners). All things considered, you get more for your money. You pay an extra £5 but you get 2 months game pass (stackable, and not a 1 month trial membership), along with a sleeker new product with next day delivery. If I just purchased an xbox or a white xbox especially, then its a no brainer. You have a total of 3 months without paying for Live, and you're not going to want to wait around for delivery. All that side, simply due to its look I wouldn't even consider paying £90 for the product you linked.

On a separate note, everything I receive from Ebuyer 'appears' as if its second hand. Everytime I buy something, I always question the way it was packaged. Stuff never seems to be sealed either. Never anything wrong with the product itself though.

Remember its marketed at Xbox owners, not PC gamers looking for any old 4TB drive. I think this has been voted hot appropriatey. Just my 2p.

Doesn't matter who it's marketed as Gaming Drives, Gaming Routers, Gaming Chairs, Gaming Mouse, Gaming Keyboard, Gaming Headset, it's all just wording

If I sold gaming water marketed towards gamers it's still water

You can find it cheaper, I've seen WD 4TB for £85 multiple times, try to get the Argos deal or wait to Black Friday/Cyber Monday

There is this hotukdeals.com/dea…435
.

I think it's worth the extra, you don't get game pass but for £6 more for a extra 1tb (and 2 Months Free Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan)

Of course it matters who its marketed towards, that's the whole point. They have made it white with the xbox logo, so it sits there and looks pretty with your Xbox and give you xbox related extras.

With the 'Gaming' philosophy I think you're arguing something different. I didn't really say anything about performance or anything of that nature, its the design/delivery/extras I stated that makes it the deal. Design doesn't really matter on a bottle of water because its disposable, but you wouldn't buy a matching white kitchen then add Orange wardrobes or something.

The design is marketed towards Xbox One. Unless you have a few spare hops left in your Time Machine, then people who buy a White Xbox One in October 2018 arn't going to want to wait until Black Friday to save £5 (that's IF its on offer) on non-matching equipment. I would feel sorry for the kid born in October, who had those kind of parents...

You can't really compare apples with oranges though because you're paying an extra 10% to get 5TB but its still the wrong colour. You could pay £140 for an 8TB but it still won't have the design, and its not going to be used for PC or Backup purposes.

4TB is plenty for Xbox One users, so compared to the rest its not about space anymore it's about design. They've niche'd the market so hard towards that particular product, and the other 4TB Seagate drives in this catagory are the same price (usually more) for example: amazon.co.uk/Sea…G0/

If you had a white xbox you would choose the OP's one over these because of the design and related extras.

So we have, a 3.5 inch drive, and a WD drive that isn't even bus powered? Come on, you're linking some completely unrelated products there lol.

But sure! Since its all the same, I might just buy myself one of these gaming USB sticks instead. I will save myself 80 quid.
