Those 8 TB & 6 TB where desktop drive which needs power supply and this one is portable drive which is USB powered no additional power supply required.

Why is this going cold? In my view this is a good price for a 5tb 2.5.
Hot. No idea why it's getting cold.
If you can wait. I'd recommend waiting for Prime Day.
It was around the £90 price point last year and will probably be the same again this year.

Might be wrong here but I think its because people are clicking the negative icon more than the positive one.

Regardless of the price. I wouldn't recommend Seagate drives to anyone. As I have had their drives good bad more often than other manufacturers, over the years.
Heat added.

Might be cold because Seagate and price compared to desktop expansion but hey, it could help someone at this price point.
