Only ever had 1 drive fail and that was a Seagate. Was a few years ago when they were rife for failing and got a bad rep that still lingers. Problem is choice for large capacity 2.5" drives is limited.
What is the chances the price might go down over the bank holiday weekend?
Any codes or cheaper anywhere else?
Can I pull the hard drive out easily and stick it in my PC? Need a 4TB drive but this is cheaper than a standalone

You can pull it out and install in a PC, though not in a laptop due to thickness. Keep in mind that you lose the warranty so it's smarter to do this after warranty runs out, use it over USB until then.
