Not really. The longer warranty is obviously better. But otherwise the Firecuda is useful for laptops or NUC stuff that only have space for 1x 2.5" drive and you need a lot of capacity but can't afford a big SSD. But in other cases, where for instance you have your OS and software on an SSD and need a hard drive for file storage only, the hybrid feature is practically useless.
Great price for this drive. I got the 1TB a few months ago for £55 from CCLOnline.

I wouldn't say useless as it may speed up recently used files. On the plus side this would benefit the PS4. I'm currently looking and the Firecuda could be handy for speed.
