This seems like a good price for a 2TB Harddrive that can be used in a PS4. Reviews on Amazon show that people have had success installing this in the PS4

Also there is a video guide on how to install into the PS4. youtube.com/wat…QZY

Also for those that like their Amazon Warehouse Deals - I know there are a LOT of you out there it can be had for £54.33 - Used, Very Good. Only 2 available at this price though.

Enjoy!

Also... unlike every other Hard Drive on here - you don't have to travel to 15 supermarkets on a wild goose chase to find one!!!
Why are people voting cold? If there is a cheaper 2TB drive out there that's compatible with the ps4 I'd love to know where!
voted hot, got it for this price early this year, super easy to take out of the casing to swap with ps4 default drive.

this is now the standard price of this drive. I paid £55 for mine, to upgrade my ps4, about 6 months ago.

so its now the standard price
Bought this yesterday as well. I know it drops in price but normally only by a fiver. Was going to post the deal myself but thought there'd be people who think this ain't a deal
These 2TB drives are now the same price the 1TB versions were when I signed up to hukd.
I'd only evert trust a Hitachi (HGST) drive personally, but this is a good price. If you could get a WD drive at the price I'd be tempted. However, Seagate's reliability and failure rate is amongst the highest since Maxtor took over production and I've been burned by them.
Been burned by them all... none are really built to last... it's a sad fact no consumer products are now
Apparently everything has failure built in so we consume more... nice... not

There's normally a Samsung drive in the case. What are those like?

Cold no deal, normal price

What are you on? Hitachi (HGST) are now a subsidiary of WD! Seagate bought Maxtor in 2006, so it's just Seagate a brand now.
Can this be used as an external drive on the PS4 like on the Xbox?
These drives can only really be considered a deal around the £50-55 mark.

Are these USB for the PS4 as well or is there complicated tampering inside the PS4 involved?

The 4tb version at £109.99 seems like a better deal.

The PS4 doesn't support external hard drives... so you have to tamper inside. Sorry!
I just managed to pick up one from tesco Derry for £45
