Isn't it cheaper to get an nvme enclosure for like £20 and a faster nvme SSD for £60 and save £50 or am I missing something? (edited)
Yes i picked up a ROG Srix Arion with RGB for around £30 after ASUS cashback. Plenty of better drives available for less than £100.

Can someone confirm that if I transfer Xbox series S/X games onto this external hard drive will it play straight off the external hard drive rather than transfer over to internal storage?

If the above is possible then this is a better deal than that trash seagate expansion deal of 512gb for £80. (edited)
No, you will have to transfer them back onto the internal SSD
