Would this be good to store my 2tb of Steam games that I don't play, then transfer them individually onto my main 1 GB SsD drive when I want to play them?
If that's what you will use it for, go for a cheaper non-NAS drive

Was £78.99 from Amazon at the weekend cheapest I've seen it. (edited)
That's what I'm about to say

Bit of sales BS really, as it was £128 2 days ago, which is what their "savings" price is based on, but only 5 days ago it was £83.99 according to 3camel
£128 is via a 3rd party seller, amazon has only just got these back in stock

I got 10 of the IronWolf Pros in a NAS drive.

Like the drive range in general however 4 failed within first year. All RMA back to Seagate without issue apart from them wanting me to pay postage. No issues after 3 years now. (edited)

I wonder what's your opinion about this offer. I am planning to use something like this with NAS RAID for important files and pictures/family videos.
Excellent drives, can be run 24-7, purchased from Amazon a couple months ago, I am using 2 x 4TB IronWolf's in my Server.
RE the offer, they are always around this price but recently I saw them for just under £80.00. (edited)
