Seems expensive to me conmsidering you could get 3tb ones for £39.99 at tesco's just 2 years ago.
Yes the portable ones, buffalo, I think they were called.

Hard drives are the past. SSD's and flash drives are the future. I know this is wireless and the 3tb ones weren't but turning portable hard drives into wireless is a simple thing.

I haven't voted either way, because it could very well be a cracking deal but to me it just seems a lot of money for very little.

I would love to have 10 of 3tb drives for this price!

£59.99 at other places like Scan. So not a bad deal.

Until you can buy a 2TB/3TB SSD for under £100, the good old hard drive is still going to be around. It may be the past for lower capacity boot drives, but for mass storage, it's still king and will be for some time...

Seems a decent price for me, yes you can standard drives for a better price but this one has wireless functions, i cant seem to find cheaper elsewhere either so voted HOT, if anyone can find the same product for a better price PLEASE provide a link

Comparing this drive with regular drives isn't fare, is even more unfair than comparing 2,5" drives with 3,5".
A wireless drive with integrated battery could be used everywhere. You could watch movies/pictures from it in the car, train, trips from a phone/tablet for example.
For me only letdowns is USB2.0

yes and no.

The drive for this one is not wireless and nor does it have a battery.

It is the case which does all that and like I said before, there are many ways to turn a normal h.d. (2.5 or 3.5) into a battery supported wireless one.
