Been searching for a polisher for a while and saw this on amazon. Looks a really good price. Great reviews. Only comes with the one polishing head and a 2m cable but other than that it looks great.

Purely out of interest, how does this differ from an angle grinder?


The difference between being able to see your reflection and seeing the engine.

The difference is the rotation speed I suspect

At this price point you're as well getting the Guild one from Argos, it seems to be the goto cheap polisher on DetailingWorld. Currently £50, but regularly on offer for £40.

Different type of polisher though, the guild is a DA and this is a roatary, for somebody that doesnt know what there doing then a DA is the better option

I was (maybe foolishly) making the assumption that if someone is looking to be spending this amount of money on a polisher, then they probably aren't masters of the polishing trade.

Haha very true
I was considering this but went for a DA polisher instead as you achieve a better finish, however it does take longer.
