Everywhere else I've looked this pillow is at least £24.99. With the discount code SEALY25OFF (valid until 20th Nov 2016), it reduces the price to £18.74 with free standard delivery.

I'm purchasing personally due to neck pain when waking in the morning, based on Amazon reviews, it has helped many people with neck pain. The pillow is suitable for, back, front and side sleepers according the website.

There are 3 sizes available, 3cm, 5cm, and 7cm. At the time of writing 5cm is out of stock.

The Spinal Alignment Pillow has been developed to support the head and neck, allowing the spine to maintain a straight and horizontal line to prevent muscle strain around the neck and shoulders. The 7cm circular foam centre helps to encourage airflow and increase breathability.

233 thread count cotton cover
3 year guarantee
Dimensions: 45cm x 71cm x 7cm
Please note: Sponge Clean Only

A video of the pillow if you want to see the technology behind it. youtube.com/wat…q88
Hi just to let you know these are ok but you are better off buying a box pillow that is machine washable I had one of these and after a few months it started to smell a little at least with a box pillow they can be washed and do the same thing. (Just a personal experience) but thought I would share it on this item.

I paid about £22 for this pillow a few weeks ago
Takes a while to get used to but it's ok now
It's not helped my back pain like I hoped it would but reviews suggest it helps some people

Thanks. That one was £15. I think I will stick with buying this one for now, see how I get on with it, just waiting for it to be delivered.
