WITH 80 PLUS BRONZE CERTIFICATION
The B12 BC Series is available in the standard ATX Form Factor and in wattages that are most common for a PC system. The Seasonic B12 BC achieves 80 PLUS® Bronze standard of providing at least 82 %, 85 % and 82 % power usage efficiency at 20 %, 50 % and 100 % operating loads, respectively. This efficiency, combined with Active Power Factor Correction, enables the B12 BC series power supplies to lessen energy waste, which translates into savings on the costs of energy costs for its users. In addition to being greatly efficient, the B12 BC units utilize the LLC resonant converter design, and the industry’s leading Smart and Silent Fan Control (S2FC).

80 PLUS® BRONZE
The 80 PLUS® Bronze certification indicates that a high percentage of the electricity is converted into useful power, therefore there is less heat lost and more money saved on the electricity bill. The 80 PLUS® Bronze certification guarantees greater than 82 %, 85 % and 82 % efficiency at 20 %, 50 % and 100 % operating loads, respectively. Sea Sonic’s B12 BC Series is an economical choice with great performance and high built-in value.

Seasonic make excellent power supplies, arguably the best, BUT this range is manufactured for them by another OEM (called Helly IIRC) (edited)

Agreed best avoid this one. Anything Gold and above from Seasonic is good. The same applies to all PSU manufacturers though and it is best to avoid the Bronze/Silver ones; the PSU is the one component you should never go cheap on.

Cannot wait for the comments to say "850w isn't enough" lol. Meanwhile I'm powering my AMD 6600 PC off of a 250w PSU. Like the people who say "3090 requires 1000w".... Cause they read online it needs 900watts, despite it having a 450w power limit and that is when it's running fur mark and not an actual game where it'll realistically be using like 200w. Like my 6600 can run on pcie power only but the reviews all saying "YOU NEED 500WATTS"..... wtf? The card never uses more than 60watts, it's using 5w now on here.

There is some truth to this yes, but my 3080Ti pretty much everytime I game hits full utilisation and 400watts. Always so much easier and safer to have a bigger power supply than you need. Efficiencies can be much better too.

    Non modular trash

There's two reasons to go for a modular PSU, better aesthetics and slightly improved airflow.

If you're not bothered about what a build looks like and won't be overclocking there's no harm in saving a few quid by going for a non-modular PSU. (edited)
