Yes they are a bit thirsty but other than that they cost no more than a bog standard Focus. It's worth between 8-9K going buy current private sales. Also are you trying to say that leased Seat Leons aren't ten a penny?

No I'm trying to say Focus ST's are common as muck.

Who in their right mind would pay 8-9k for a mk2 Focus (Volvo) in 2019.

They are over rated, under powered,FWD ditch finders.

I know all this as my ex Mrs owned one in electric orange, and she only paid 7k for hers back in 2012.

On anything but absolute bone dry roads, you will spend first and second gear wheel spinning, then when you get to any bend at speed all it wants to do is go for a detour in the opposite direction. The engine puts out a pathetic amount of power for a 2.5L turbo lump, and if you do want to up the power it can't take much more before you got to start pulling the engine to bits or adding a shed load of parts.

In truth,if you drive a Focus ST you may as well be saying, HEY LOOK AT ME,I COULDN'T AFFORD THE RS !

With these car leases, it's better going to an actual dealership and getting them to match this quote as they won't charge the admin fee. Plus you may be able to haggle something else with this too

It all depends who the fianancer is. If its VW finance then its fine if its say black horse then they won't be able to match. Also some dealers now do charge an admin fee !
£4309.33 at National Vehicle Solutions - £2400 initial payment + 23 x £72.58 + £239.99 admin fee. This is a lot of car for the money

Agree that it's worth a try, but when I tried on a VW lease they only offered to match the total cost including the fee.

Because there are people on here who are quick to put down the Op's deal but can't be bothered to actually post a deal. Often like this one their facts are wrong anyway because the one he mentioned is a lower spec to this one.

is there an option to buy it at the end of 24 months?
Would you mind popping 'lease' in the title? Lots of HUKD users (myself included) have it down as a keyword alert. Thanks. Heat added!

@suchitmehta7, correct.
VWFS will provide you with an option to buy quote depending on the mileage/age of the vehicle about 90 days before the end of your lease agreement.
My experience of this has been that the price is actually pretty competitive compared to what you'd have to pay on a dealer forecourt for an identical car.

The Jaguar I-Pace has an "OTR Price From: £64,495" per the Jaguar website. It's obviously a much costlier motor than this Seat Leon.

The Jaguar E-Pace, on the other hand, has an "OTR Price From: £28,930", which is probably not far off the list price of this Seat Leon. There was a decent looking deal posted recently for the E-Pace:

hotukdeals.com/dea…954

I like the look of the E-Pace, so I'll do a bit of hunting for a decent 2 year lease deal.
