Would probably make more sense to just have a 'H Samuel 10% off watches' post to highlight the promotion.Edit: and now mine has been expired, seems efficient, guess I'll have to try and reactivate it after Saturday when the 10% ends.

The issue with expiring and restarting a new thread is that there is often valuable information and queries/answers on the old thread. Anyway, I could buy a second hand Halfords bike for the same price, so cold.

Well I've started a new H Samuel discount deal (pending approval...) with an example of an earlier deal on a Bluetooth G Shock which is now only £58.49. Using it to draw attention to the wider promotion.
Remember you get this for £100 if you read my previous message on original thread, mine still perfect

I picked up that very G-shock yesterday, for that price and wearing it now. Ordered it last week and can't remember which thread I saw it mentioned, so thanks anyway if it was yours!
I'm browsing through the sale (window-shopping). Turns out Lorus (obviously a Seiko brand) have a similar-ish model - RH901GX9 - not an Auto - £53.99 With 10% Off Promo hsamuel.co.uk/web…ch/
Cheaper on ebay, though. Was £29.99 ex-display at Rubicon Watches, but OOS now.

Any deals on a grand seiko watch

Have you tried a search of the internet?
At £112.50 you cannot complain, however I am not sure I could live with a reversed (countdown) bezel? As nobody has mentioned it, I’ll assume it’s just me.
As nice as this is, i still think it would be worthwhile to wait a little longer, save your pennies and get a samurai or turtle etc.

Heat obviously though.

I hear you! Also, couldn’t live it that.
Any codes ?;)
FUGLY. But Cheap, each to their own.

Definitely not just you.
That’s a really attractive automatic watch. Love the shade of blue and oyster bracelet looks clean and smart. As a watch enthusiast this is a watch I would certainly wear with pride
Isn't an Orient Mako a similar price these days? I think I'd rather have one of them, aesthetically they're much nicer imo!

Aesthetics is down to personal preference my friend. The Orient Mako is a nice watch. I prefer the aesthetics of this one though, so I suppose it's good we have choice I prefer Seiko as a brand also. But Orient is certainly good too.

I think there's more choice of colours etc at the price point, with the mako, not looked in a while though. Isn't Orient a Seiko brand now?

I had fun reading the comments in that thread too! Loads more watches being posted recently, even some for Christopher Ward due to their sales.

I'm saving up for my next watch, would love one of those Grand Seikos but it will be quite some time before I could afford that

Heat added though for this watch.
