Pretty sure Argos have the case size wrong on this watch. I reckon it should be 40mm and not 24mm as they've got listed. Nice everyday watch

Probably 42mm in fairness
So I have one now. Dunno if my experience was a one off but the first box given me was held together with tape. Asked for a better example and just headed home with it. Opened it and a slight scrape on the casing at the front visible in a certain light. No protective cover on the glass. Tags off, in the box. Not ideal but not sure if I can be bothered going all the way back to try and find an example that is as it should be - pristine.

I would return it tbh I would want brand new.
These days c/o the internet and easy returns we are all sold 'returns' as 'bnib'. It's just when retailers are slack with their returns standards we get to see it. Amazon have their Warehouse for this. Those that don't .. this is what happens to their returns.

Argos have their eBay store for that,as do Currys,I'd be looking a new one tbh,at least one that's unmarked...hate getting stuff somebody has returned.

Did not know that about Argos but when it gets to the point the following day where you are trying to see the mark you saw yesterday under different lighting and you know it's there and can just about see it, its not really worth my time taking it back and hoping they can see it.
