Not a bad looking watch, just a shame the diameter is only 42.9mm.

I like the SNP145P1 model, again its only 42.9mm which is a shame as I'd order one if it was 44mm.

I know, Fugly to most, but I like the look of it in black.

Great price but not sure whether I like the face! And I’m usually a massive Seiko fan!

Not in any way shape or form for me either, but for those who like it then it’s one helluva deal. I am more of a simple SRPC97J1 man when it comes to a dress watch and I am still holding out for a deal on it.

I like Seiko in terms of quality but man they are so hit and miss with their designs. Unfortunately it's more miss these days.
I just been looking through all AMJs Seiko deals and there are some corkers. They even have the SPB051J1 at £599!!

The downside to black watches is that the black coating will wear through,as I had that with a Tag Heuer,so that's one thing to consider,I suppose if you have loads of watches though and it's only an occasional watch it wouldn't happen too soon

The “street” series springs to mind for sure. . But all watch manufacturers will naturally seek to cover as broad a bandwidth of customers tastes as possible, therefore there are going to be watches that hit or miss with any brand. Lest we forget, one mans miss is another mans hit and vice versa.

I don't agree unless your specifically talking about the mass market junk that is the fashion watch industry. Most watch makers worth your money have a design language that is just as important as heritage, craftsmanship and innovation.

Seiko & Citizen are culprits that have such a wide range of products it completely dilutes their premium products to the point of irrelevance. Just look at Grand Seiko pre owned prices vs retail.
Great value. Would recommend.
