The Seiko Blue Moon is another watch from the Coctail Time type family. This one has a blue dial and a braselet. It is 40.5mm case with an entry level 4R35 automatic movement. It has a hardlex glass and it's 50m water resistance. Spec wise nothing really special but to me this is a stunning fashion watch. The dial is gorgeous and should you like to spend a bit more to pair it with a good leather strap the end result can be even more impressive. Its code number is SRPB41J1 and there are plenty of photos on instagram of the blue moon with different straps.

Classy looking watch. Like it.
I have the pale blue one of these great watches and a nice entry into mechanical movements
Beautiful watch. I had the first silver one on the strap. This is £50 cheaper and on the bracelet. Bargain!
Paid £237 for pale blue,

but I want this too
Lovely looking watch! I have the original SARB065 and love it! This seems to have a different movement (?inferior) but it wouldn’t bother me.

Yep different movement this one can hack and wind smoothly but inferior to the first in regard to specs. Not big difference to me.
It's all about the pale blue for me. The leather strap is a bit too in-your-face for me. No big problem though to replace.
Just bought this last week for 279 haha - shoulda waited. Lovely piece anyway. Bracelet felt kinda cheap and wasn't a big fan so put it on a brown strap from watchgeko. Very happy with it!

Yeah the movement is a bit of a downgrade from the SARB. But I love the new crown.
Gorgeous looking watch I would wear on a date with the lovely Louise minchin
wow. real nice.

i have a pair of hands but, i have breitling, citizen, g shock and omega.

cant buy it anymore.
What are the differences between Sarb and this in terms of movement, Is it a deal breaker ?

The SABR is really hard to get as it is an import with no warranty in the UK. Also a lot more expensive. Not the same watch anyway and surely not deal breaker for me. On tech specs read below but in my experience they perform far better than those stated so in most cases they would seem to be very similar.

This one
4R35 is:
-35/+45 seconds a day,
+/- 30 seconds day isochronism fault,
+/- 30 maximum positional variation,
40 hours power reserve (SPRON110 mainspring).

the SABR 6R15 is:
-15/+25 seconds a day,
+/- 10 seconds day isochronism fault,
+/- 15 maximum positional variation,
50 hours power reserve (SPRON510 mainspring)
