This diver’s watch is a modern re-interpretation of the Seiko world-first "Hybrid divers” originally released in 1982 and named hybrid because it combines analog and digital watch technology. This specific model is also known as the ‘Arnie’ after the actor who wore it in the film ‘Commando' and its watch shape is affectionately nicknamed by Seiko fans as a ‘Tuna’ - because of its larger diameter and bold shape like a tuna tin - loved for decades since its release.

Model Specification: SNJ025P1

  • The stainless steel and plastic case measures at 47.8 mm in diameter. The watch’s strap is made of silicone.
  • The watch features a unidirectional bezel.
  • A hardlex crystal protects the dial.
  • Luminescent hands and hour-markers.
  • Water-resistant to 200 metres or 20 bars.
  • Features on the model include a perpetual calendar, alarm, LED function and a power-saving function.
  • Movement type - Solar.
  • Calibre - H851

Tinkered with mine last night & removed the aftermarket steel shroud & bracelet & thought I'd wear it in original form for a bit. It's easy to do & like having 2 watches.

    A stunning watch.
