As nobody else posted it ..... Here we have the Orange version of the Samurai in the form of the Seiko SRPC07 Prospex Automatic Watch. Stablemate to the Samurai Save the Ocean, Black/Grey, Blue/Blue, Dawn Grey and Padi.

Note: This version is not one that I have seen much of in UK but has been available elsewhere.

This version of the watch has dropped on Amazon dot Com over the past weeks to an absurd $210. The £212 quoted is based on using Amazon exchange rate, however by setting card currency to Dollars and using a travel friendly, no fee interbank rate card (Starling Bank), when watch ships and is invoiced, I should actually pay £205 (give or take a £1), delivered to the UK, all fees included. (Edited)

First off, NO SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL ..... Hopefully that puts that to bed.

Seiko Samurai Automatic Divers Watch
Water Resistance to 200 meters (660 feet). Meets ISO standards and is suitable for scuba diving
Stainless steel case and bracelet
Seiko 4r35 movement, Manual and automatic winding capabilities
21,600 vibrations per hour, power reserve: approximately 41 hours
23 jewels
Hardlex Crystal
One-way rotating elapsed timing bezel
LumiBrite hands and markers
Date calendar
Screw down crown
Screw down case back
Case diameter: 44.0mm
Thickness: 12.8mm thick
Band Width: 22mm

Just bought the save the ocean 2018 edition for pretty much twice this. This is a deal. I need to stop this insanity. Can we quit with the watch deals please!?
I have been away but return tomorrow. Upon my return Mr Orange will be undergo a small procedure to remove his plastic strap protection and two links. Following that he’ll be officially welcomed into the family .

See below summary if paying in GBP.

When looking for reviews, please also search on SRPB97 as this was the number of the original launch version that came with a Stainless and a rubber strap and thus there are many reviews. Same watch but with an extra strap.

I have been put off the Orange to date for fear of it being too Crayola Orange, but for £200 if its not for me, I'll punt it on and make money. Hopefully it'll fill a hole as a fun weekend or dress down Friday watch.

Associated, shipping, handling and import fees are included. Do you think something is missing?

The orange is fine, true dive watch face colour BUT it clashes horribly with the red on the bezel

I think it is more of a darker orange on the bezel but plain Black would have been preferable. Time will tell I guess.
Here's a modded one.

Just purchased. $260 for me. XE currency has that at £205. I'll see when it pops up on my starling account.

How much we saving over UK price?

This version is not common in the UK, so finding a new one would be the challenge. Pre-owned they seem to make maybe £260 to £280 on Fleabay.
Good find Baldricky
I have been hovering around the samurai for a while, like the STO models, but I dont really want to spend that much on another watch, I had an skx a while back and never really got on with it.

At this price thought its worth a shout if its not for me i'm sure it can be sold on for a small profit worse case scenario! - thanks for posting.
That is nice. Voted hot.

Was looking at getting the Orient Ray II Orange from Amazon US, but for a little bit more.....

Edit: £205 on fee free card with basic amazon shipping.

I had a ray raven 2 thats how i got started in this watch mess! it was a really nice watch, but really was a stepping stone watch...then had the SKX...then sold it and don't miss either of them to be honest.

I found I had several 'more affordable' watches and when i started to think that in a few years they may need servicing and at the price are they really worth it having I just offloaded them, very easy to fall into the more affordable watches oh another one, just one more etc...be careful out there chaps!

No missus would kick me out the house.
Very nice Seiko Prospex again, like the Blue one on here earlier I would've bought either had I not already bought the Kraken

Cracking colour, the poster that said the bezel clashes because of the red, its a dark orange not red, look at all the reviews and youtube vids, there you an see the true colour of the bezel

I haven't seen it in the flesh, but it does look like orange on the bezel, not red.
Orange Seiko divers can be a bit marmite. I had a gen 1 Orange Monster for a while, but i never really gelled with it and flipped it. Then i sorta missed not having an orange watch in my collection and then bought an orange Baby Monster SRPB39, i'm pretty happy with this one, but there are only limited clothes where it rocks well.
Not seen this orange Sammy in the flesh, but i quite like the look of it. Price is good, heated.
I wish I could find a Dawn Grey one anywhere near this price!

Yep, would appear to poor colour reproduction on Amazon although it does look different in every pic.
I’ve been looking at Samurais for a while now and this has pushed me over the edge ordered. Thanks OP, good looking watch and great price.
I'd quite like one of these Samurais in my collection, but i'd have to have a more reserved colour to get more wear from it. Prob black or grey.
My finger slipped and I accidentally ordered it.

If my wife kills me, it's on the OP.

Point of order based on priorities. First dibs on watch collection would come first on the basis that one never knows if one will have time to complete all tasks.

If you were to be looking, you’ll find that the Blue/Grey (SRPB49K1) version is far nicer than the Black (SRPB51K1) version. The Black is just a bit flat and dull.
