I agree. It is an "oogorgeous" watch. John Lewis had this on sale recently as well.
Definitely a hot deal
If I didn't already have the turtle version I'd be having it
Not quite the £274 price John Lewis had this watch but not far off! Anyone hesitating its a stunning watch just buy it!

Got mine from J.Lewis a few weeks ago...STUNNING WATCH a real eye catcher the pictures don’t do this watch justice... if you get 1 you won’t be disappointed
Got it from JL a few weeks ago too, if you're on the fence, buy it! You wont be disappointed!

I will say though, don't be surprised if it comes without all the plastics still covering the watch, EJ will check stock local to you for dispatch so what you get may well be from a window display that's been handled.

EJ are also not very good sending out watches in the right boxes or with the correct booklets so do check!

Yes agree with this.

I bought the STO Turtle mentioned in the thread earlier, after my first order EJ sent me a 50 pounds voucher so I ordered another one with the voucher and return the first one.

Good job I bought 2 as none of the purchases were perfect.

First purchase had the wrong box, some plain Seiko one when it should have been the STO box. Also a random manual for the 6R35 movement which doesn't even apply to the Turtle. Warranty card wasn't stamped.

Second purchase had scratches on the case of the watch. But with correct box, manual and stamp.

I returned the scratched watch with the wrong box.

Make sure to check purchases thoroughly. Similar thing happened to be when i bought the Baby Tuna from EJ few months ago.

Mine's just arrived and first thing I noticed was the warranty card wasn't stamped (hopefully I can get that done in a shop), but the box looks correct (compared with an unboxing vid on youtube) and has the divers watch manual; no tags on the watch and all the normal plastic covering have been removed other than the blue one on the case back so I presume as mentioned earlier it's come from a shop. I haven't spotted any scratches but will take another look before deciding on it :); the face of the watch is gorgeous!!!

Have a silicone strap coming later today which I spotted in someone's review which looked great

Thanks op for spotting this one as I was annoyed on missing out on the earlier JL deal
Think this has expired, its £381.00 using the discount code now.

It was a Barton Elite one from Amazon - amazon.co.uk/gp/…3S9, and then I saw a 20% other straps from them so ended up with a few more to try for one of my other watches - they offer free returns so nothing to loose

This was the watch review I was reading where I saw it with that strap ablogtowatch.com/sei…ew/

Hi, mine arrived today with the same situ, no stamps or detail on the card. Did you get this sorted with them?

Hi, no I sent them a message and haven't heard back. Will probably ring them next week to ask if I don't get a reply
I've just spoken to someone on the phone to clarify the situation and they said Seiko will honour the warranty without the card being completed (unlike some other brands). However she did say that if I did want it stamped that I would be able to get the local branch (either Ernest Jones or HSamuel) to fill it in and stamp it .

I did this, went into my local and she stamped it and did the links without question.
