I assume you're joking, watches have faces and last time I checked chocolate was definitely not un pc, whatever un pc means?

Might melt on the wrist

Don't think their quality is what it used to be ,had 2 of their watches and both only lasted 15 and 18 months before they went in the bin !

I got one of theese a year or 2 ago when it was cheap. Funnily enough mine is knackered too. Gone back to my 10yr old scratched rotary watch.

I have a chocolate face every night.

These are bought in as a 'Special'. They are price established for a few months in the summer. It's not a real 'discount'.

That said, the movement is a Myota, the same as you'll find in a Gucci/CK/(Cheaper)Citizen watch, the dial is printed and of decent quality. The batteries are checked, but not routinely replaced before shipping and there is a lot of stock in the UK, so the watch could have been stored for months.

If you want a £20 watch, this is probably one of the better ones out there, but a £60 watch, it ain't.

Not that I'm questioning the accuracy of your information, but you know all this because..........?

Two girls, one watch.

Clicked this deal in the hope someone had posted a Borat meme...I wasn't disappointed.

A great stocking filler for the price

Potentially the most 70s looking watch in history

Police Constable?

I've been wearing one of these to work for the last 5 years and it is still going strong. The leather strap is still in good condition too. I find it very robust and will definitely buy another if I need to.

What's the "Best Before" date?

Banned

Ordered. thanks.

Thought it must be something like that. Thanks for sharing your interesting 'insider' knowledge.

I don’t recommend at all. I have one of those. It is cheap and looks cheap!

I used to love my watches until I bought a Xiaomi Mi band 2. Now I'm obsessed with how many steps I do and can never leave it off.

I did buy a nice silver steel strap for it so it does look very smart now.

It would look weird to wear my Mi band on one wrist and a nice watch like the one in this deal on the other, right?!

Hot deal by the way

That has a synthetic strap, a Hattori movement and no UK service Guarantee. You'll sweat underneath that strap, there is no mention what the back is made of. With the case being copper, it'll go a yellow colour with wear & tear.

Definitely worth paying a little more to have a leather (even if only backed) strap, stainless steel back, mineral glass and an alloy case. At the very least it'll be more comfortable and look new (er) for longer

Don't suppose you know where to source a Michael Kors movement from?

And that is NOT a euphemism!

UK Distributor is Fossil, they should be able to arrange a service for you. Fossil Service link. The actual Retail cost of a movement is about £10 ... err so expect to pay around £50 to these guys. You can do it yourself, but it's not a quick job.

Cheers, already been that route, refuse to pay £50 plus to repair some over-hyped tat.
