Now at a higher price but leave on for all to see as a good deal. £199.99 Ex VAT £239.99 Inc VAT
This is a bargain as it’s the brushless kit aswell. Iv been to get mine today and the quality is top notch as always from Makita and very compact and light, ideal for my job fitting kitchens. It’s replacing the old style 10.8v Makita set which Iv been using daily for around 5 years and still going strong. Thanks for posting
Well it's true around my area, trade card only.
Not true. They have a store on a retail park in Beckton. Not a great place for trade only footfall. They will sell to joe public who wander in but on a temp cash account.
All paints need 2 coats, unless stated 1 coat. You also need a trade card to buy from Selco, so different to other builders merchants.
Doesnt cover well and you will need to put a second coat on at least, advantage is it does dry quickly theres not a strong odour to it like spirit base paint. And the brushes can be washed in water.I havent used Selco yet but its probably just like any other builders merchant anyone can go in and buy stuff its just when you have an account and use alot of stuff you get better deals. £13.99 in Screwfix if you only need a 2.5L can ( well plastic )
Ok what is it with people putting stuff that isn’t a freebie under freebies?
I wouldn't risk using coloured toilet paper. Stick to plain, unscented white. google.co.uk/amp/s/www.wellmindness.com/using-colored-toilet-paper-can-harmful-health/amp/
They are both trade and public. I have calculated in the vat (there is also the option to include vat on the website) already. They have shops you can go to and collect and it's free delivery when you spend over £50 (£60 Inc vat).
probably a year or 3 supply but cheap enough https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01GE7DGAI/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_8?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3319DB8DPSZE8
If you manage to cut it on 3 equal parts you will get 450m toilet paper.
i see its 19.99
Not in Selco. This is the only sawhorse. £50 plus elsewhere
Any deals on the one's with adjustable legs?
Hot but shame it’s only a instore deal, want one please deliver
Selco I am comming :D
If you are only buying a few things for DIY they will let you buy things through a temporarily cash account. Just speak to the till person, never had a problem.
IS there any way to buy from selco without having their membership or being trade?
Tiptop price! Fifty large everywhere else (y)
Excellent saw horses. Mine are a model or two down from this one and I'm sure I paid about the same, so these are a bargain. Very solid sawhorses, I wouldn't consider anything else at this price.
Great, been looking at wooden flooring and didn't realise that being a landlord entitled me to trade discounts 8)
Thanks for this just bought 150m2. Went to see it first and it is top quality flooring. Been looking for many months. Similar quality samples I’ve received are averaging from £37 upwards.
Trade only as in anyone self employed?
cancel your bid,, just message the seller
1.5Ah batteries do not allow the drill to operate at its maximum torque, so you may see 2 different figures quoted for the same model. Still descent though
Great deal! Currently showing as SOLD OUT on the website.
Sure I am cursed Just bidded on a second hand m18 on fleabay that needs new brushes
Seems a good buy. But im after an 18v/20v impact one,or combi+impact twin pack :(
Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the brushless version is called "fuel". No fuel on this version so not so good!
Selco sell to the public Edit nope i was wrong, as dozstanfordpointed out and still says trade only on the website, thought they were open to the public now
I'm pretty sure this is not the brushless one
Great kit bought the same at Plumb centre for £173.99 plus vat.

Plus 20% VAT... And cheaper here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Makita-DLX2131JX1-18V-Li-ion-Cordless-Twin-Kit-3-x-BL1830B-Batteries-/222465233306?_trksid=p2349526.m2548.l4275 Cold I'm afraid
False economy, even if you can buy from there. I bought cheap wickes panels to keep the cost of my fencing project down. Did the job as I had no spare cash at the time but only lasted a few years. They blew down last year, went to my local timber yard paid £20 a panel for quality panels that are twice the weight, delivered free and will last years.
Easy to install and remove though (can do it one by one) if you need to treat the other side. Once installed and secured with a bit of 1x1/2" they're impossible to remove so good for security.
I paid £10 a 12ft board last year, so £40 to fill a 6ft by 6ft gap. Not cheap but better in the long run :)

I've seen deck boards used before. look good but are very heavy!
header and description say 10.8v. cold
They are 10.8v, not 18v.
the link takes you to 10.8v drills
I could do with an impact that has these baby batteries in the handle and they are tiny.
On the link if you scroll down and hit "Specifications", it shows Voltage as 10.8. Seems Selco have made a typo the same is on amazon for £115 Makita CLX201AJ 10.8 V CXT Li-Ion Cordless Kit (2-Piece)
Received mine this morning, it comes with a bag (although it's not exactly a top quality one, not even somewhere to store the blades). Tool itself feels great, enough power to cut a worktop easily, and is surprisingly heavy for a 12v. It comes with a couple of blades also. The next cheapest price seems to be £210 so no idea why this isn't a lot hotter.
Oh dear. Yea verily, some fell upon stony ground .....
I'm not even sure it comes with a box! from google of the model it's likely to come in a little tool bag.
Fantastic price, hopefully it's big enough to cut work tops out.
Signed up only to find it is now £135 + vat
I bought the screwfix deal last month for £99, great drill for the diyer. Still that price too
couldnt find it at that price sorry my mistake
It's £80+VAT. It looks like it's only available in-branch - none available for online. Looking at the stock availability across random stores, it looks like it's available in over half of them. Best to call your nearest branch to see if they have any if you're interested.
not cheap £125 + vat
Comment I have this tap in my kitchen and the ratio of hot and cold is inconsistent and often scalds. Your post makes sense of this (I thought I was imagining it)
Mine looks very similar to this and guess what it's started with the dripping after 4 years; expected it to last much longer, feel robbed by the company I brought my kitchen units from :(
leaks like no tomorrow, you only get wha\t u pay for
All the Aldi taps are only suitable for high mains pressure systems. The pegler will work on low pressure.
Aldi have a similar looking tap for £19.99 at the moment, think it might be store dependent, and comes with a 3yr warranty. May be of use to someone.
yes your correct! my apologies
Comment Fair point, or you can do it in the summer naked lol
Comment I'm sure you don't have to be trade, they can't be fussy where the money is coming from these days.. BQ ones are a different size.
I'm sure the ones at selco are 8ftx2ft at £8.36 the ones at b&q will be the small loft ones. You won't get 9 8x2 for £20 at b&q.
is this trade only?
