I think you are right as I can see it in my offers area but my wife who also has an Amex card does not have the same offer.

Apologies for the confusion.

thanks I've nboticed you've posted a number of these Amex offers? Do you have a particular type of card or have you been a long-standing customer or any particular spending habits that differentiate between your and your wife's card (dangerous question).:{

I have it on my Gold Amex but not on my BA Amex.

The Mrs never shows me her bill but I can guess the amount of shopping bags that she brings back with her after a shopping trip :p.

I've a Platinum charge card and the Mrs has a Nectar card.

You can get this deal by check-in in Foursquare, expires on 28/02/2014. Your Amex card of course first needs to registered and link to that FS account.

Any idea if Foursquare would work on a gift card purchase? Saves having to think too much about an Xmas present!

Yes, you can spend on anything you want. As far a FS is concern is that the Amex you are using is registered and connected and the minimum spend is reached.

Thanks! Heat added!

I too wanted to use this offer so checked my Amex account and its in the offer section. Same card is also lonked to FS. I have the Amex Red card but dont spend huge amount on it.

Looks like only the standard Amex cards qualify and not airline or loyalty affiliate cards.
