No email, but it still worked for me. Nice one

Heat but better off selling my old banger when this promotion ends...

Who would want to sell on ebay for scammers? They would claim it would have never arrived and ebay would favour them despite of ypur proof.
Ebay doesnt protect its sellers anymore

It's a bit bloody difficult to claim a car never arrived when the buyer has to collect the keys and drive off in it, plus the V5C is sent to the DVLA to register it in their name... cars are probably the one item that you can sell 100% safely on eBay. Print off a template Private Car Sale Contract, have the buyer sign it on collection, and you're golden. The only real issue you have is people wasting your time with stupid offers significantly below the asking price (just like Auto Trader...)

Thanks for sharing

Seller protection is slightly better than it used to be but still not great. Never accept Paypal for a collected item. If they collect, accept cash or bank transfer only.

know a guy accepted paypal for ride on lawnmower, arranged collection then said it never arrived, had to refund? lost the money and the mower? be carefull.

EDIT: Please ignore me, I've checked T+Cs and cars excluded. Sorry!

Am I missing something? There is an offer claiming £1 insertion fee. Would this count for cars and if so, is a lot less than the £20 fee:

Thanks!
