i'm currently rocking a headset and on the longer rides it's just a nuisance. May have to drop hints to the Misses about this deal. My argument is for her being a pillion keeping in comms (_;)

Great headset and very good range. My only concern would be the jog wheel sometimes gets stuck and becomes a bit wonkey. Maybe its because you are constantly using it with bike gloves and are a bit more heavy handed.

Other than than mine is constantly part of my riding setup and would not be without it.

At that price I would also suggest the Uclear HBC 100 PLUS, where you can get a set of two for ~190 at amazon. Have been using them for about a year now and I'm very impressed. Initial pairing is more complicated than it should be (you can find a video on youtube) and after a few seconds of silence the devices will go into standby, which can cut the first syllable of whatever the other person says when it wakes up, but apart from that it's amazing. Range is excellent, sound quality is good and as a bonus it is a lot smaller than most other intercoms. Oh, and the microphones (plural) are integrated into the speakers, so no annoying boom to take care of.

Admittedly I don't think boom sound will work with my skidlid so I certainly don't plan on using that :')
