- Rimi

If you go through parcel2go and select Inpost through their the service is locker to your recipients front door. This is the service that is £1.20.

If you go directly through Inpost website the service is locker to locker. Ie your recipient will have to collect it from a locker.
This is also more expensive

14/07/14 - This is a Locker to Door Service if you go through Parcel2go or Interlocker and will cost £1.20.

If you go through inpost directly it will cost you their standards rate.

That is really cheap for a 20kg parcel.

Seems very very very good value

any one dealt with them?

Is this delivered to the recipients address or the nearest locker??
Is it insured??

Is the delivery to a collection point or an address? If the latter its a bargain!

Delivery to the door!
Used them last week to send phone flogged on ebay, they do signature proof as well. Paid £3.59 so it seems they have dropped the price.

As above comment ( to door )

Also stated that they need mobile number for recipient to text them when arrives at drop off point so assume that it isn't to door service

Hot thanks

Thanks OP

Good find. Thanks.

Awesome price.

I have been using Myhermes drop off which I find quite good but this is well worth giving a go. Got a drop off point just a mile from me.

Have some heat mate, not that you need it because this is gonna get scorching!

Hi, where does it say that it is delivered to the locker? It doesn't say it is delivered to the door either, but interested to see where it says it is delivered to the locker?

Thanks

Wow, this is amazingly cheap. Thanks op. Heat from me too.

When you complete your order and select us as your preferred delivery … When you complete your order and select us as your preferred delivery option and search for your nearest locker. Your item will then be tracked and delivered to the locker of your choice and you’ll be sent a text message and email with a unique opening code - You can collect your parcel 24/7!

Yep got excited as I have some skis in Switzerland, however unless I chop them in three they wont deliver

I never liked drop off services, always thought they were a bit of a cop out for the delivery companies until I used the drop off service, now I use it all the time and don't have to wait in hours for a collection that may or may not happen.

This should be superrrrrr hot !! Good find OP

This is delivered to a locker, used last week - good service!

brilliant deal! x

use code FIRSTFREE to save up to £10 on first order apparently

Just arranged for a parcel to be sent
Yay

It is delivered to a locker not to persons address. The recipient must go to locker to collect item. Not good of your customers want a door service.

I believe that if you go through parcels2go it is locker to door. If you go directly through Inpost it is locker to locker.

The reason I believe this is if you goggle Inpost deliver to door there are other companies that offer this service through Inpost.

Anyone who is saying it is locker to door or locker to locker please can you confirm who you ordered through?

If I understand it right you have to drop off at your local locker and it gets delivered to another locker, also they don't seem to give you a quote until you are ready to process the order(unless I'm not understanding something) on my phone so site not great via phone!!!! Heat added though as it looks like it a great deal if it is as it seems

great price although still limited in numbers of dropping points. hopefully they'll set up more lockers and keep the price down.
myhermes will then match the price and royal mail will get screwed

Good find. Thanks op

Good find OP and really cheap - my experience with Parcel2Go is poor so I've given up using them - could use them again just this once

ok, I'm clearly being stupid here.

people are saying it's delivered to the home address of the recipient. How ?

when you register it wants your address details, email, phone number and your local dropbox for parcels.

when you send a parcel it wants you to login and provide a recipient user email address and dropbox details. it then gives you a price and lets you print a label.

so does the recipient have to be registered with them too ? if not where does it get the recipients home address from ?
