I've owned these for 4-5 months now and really rate them as a mobile (folding) set of headphones for leisure/commute and office use. For this price you need to pay in EUR and use a fee free card/app (Monzo, Revolut).

They're typically £169 in the UK. Currently £150 on Sennheiser outlet for refurbs.

If you don't fancy spending £250-350 on the PXC550, QC35 or MDR1000X these do a great job - very light, decent amount of comfort and good sound, they barely leak at all so are perfect for the office etc.

Only downsides I'd say are the headband could be more padded, carry case is bare bones (nylon zip pouch, functional).

Positives, great sound IMO, bass reproduction is great but balanced, battery life is spot on - not ran out on me yet, noisegard works very well.

Bought some Bose QC35's but they gave me a headache after 15 minutes. Bought the Sennheisers too and much prefer them. After comparing both side by side, I was surprised how small the difference in sound quality was. The Bose were slightly better, but it wasn't noticeable at all. Also no lag when video editing, which is what I use them for, whereas there was a 0.5 second lag between the video playing and the sound coming through the headphones, making the Bose useless for me.

Heat added, bought one from the previous Amazon.es deal

Tube rides became much less painful cause I could barely hear a thing from the Beats Solo 2 with all the noises.
