This is a good price, but just to warn you I tried some of these in Audio T yesterday (where they were £80) and was bitterly disappointed by the sound quality. And that was them being played from a £1000 CD player too. Crazy.

Disappointed by the sound quality? These are probably the best sub £100 headphones I have tried for all round use and I have tried nearly every model available. Everything is nice, balanced and fairly honest, unlike most headphones that just pump "bass". Also the only headphones I can use in our studio all day without even noticing I'm wearing them. I paid £50 a year ago for my pair. Anything better you are looking at Studio Monitor headphones and high-end DJ monitoring headphones.

In which case, I'm going to need a bigger boat.

I have the HD595's, had them for 4 days now and WOW, they're very nice

I only have the HD501's which cost a tenner and they are great and have lasted over a year already...can't vouch for the quality of these but the quality of Sennheiser in general is obviously great.
