This is a good price for the full version hd25 headphones (not the light sp version)

Usually around £110-140 elsewhere

If you don't like the yellow then I think black ear pads are also included

These are industry standard DJ headphones for a reason, they're legendary and worth every penny imho

Oh forgot to add there's probably 1% ish quidco cashback as well
Great headphones! I have the Alu 25th version.
Even if black ear pads aren't including you can buy separate and probably still save money.

Description says it comes with both sets
Wow!!! Amazing deal op, nice find....
Amazing price for amazing headphones. These are good and will last
Yes that's a great price
That's a cracking deal.
I'd order them myself, but as anyone knows who own these, once you own a pair you don't need to replace them!
I’ve had my pair for over 20 years. Recently replaced the pads and lead loaded the driver for more base and they still sound great.
Had a pair for 13 years now. Fantastic bit of kit. Fantastic price. Somehow almost tempted to buy these still

Great headphones! I have the Alu 25th version.

I have the amperior special edition. Aluminium, with a lower impedance, to be run from a mobile phone with more ease.

I'd buy the hd25s for dj'ing with and probably sell your amperiors on eBay and make a profit as I'm not sure they make them anymore and they're identical other than impedance, cables and velour ear muffs if I remember but sometimes sell as a bit of a collectible

Their lower impedance is ideal for traveling etc but if you're djiing the mixer will do well with the hd25s especially at this price and I think the frequency range is a bit wider

I dj (in my bedroom) I have in the past had the technics headphones 2 pairs. And pioneer hdj 1000 back in the day. Currently on akg 545.
Looking to get the audio technica 50'#.

Go through headphones like water.
I use them to drum with too as dj headphones offer 'some' protection from the loud drums! Although really need moulded in ears for full protection.

Have a great day

mine are roughly 10y old and still going strong, these are probably the best headphones ever.
Absolutely love my 5 year old Akg Y50s can these compete in sheer comfort and warm sound??

Can't compare about comfort, but I definitely would not describe them as "warm". In my experience they're transparent and don't attempt to "colour" the sound.

(Which is why I love them)
Now these are manufactured in Romania rather than Ireland I guess they can lower the price a lot even if just for a limited time. Most retailers are selling this version for under £100 at the moment. I've had my first and only pair since 2007, used literally every day since and have needed to replace the cable about twice and one side (capsule) only recently due to having no luck fiddling with the tiny wires that cause the sound to cut out regardless of the cable used. Amperiors are not as good probably due to the lower impedance required for low power devices to power them sufficently and as such aren't as clear or detailed. Just realised my HD25 weigh less than my LG v30 smartphone, not surprised they weight nothing when on yer head. The official Velour pads are the only way to go (bought at least ten pairs over the years I'm sure) at least when compared to the coloured Zomo brand and the Sennheiser own pleather pads. Here is an interesting but rather long comparison of many pads from Yaxi and others:

Such a shame Aluminium HD25 were limited edition though, hopefully they'll issue them again.

Though I think Bax, who are quite competitive in price in other areas of equipment they're also based in and ship from Germany or the Netherlands if I recall correctly. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'd rather buy from UK if I needed a pair. No need to buy from abroad unless it's a good deal on the older ltd edition Alu version.

Yeah I'd buy UK now. At the time they were £110 minimum, Bax has slow customer service but long warranties etc
Did anyone get a standard pair with just black pads?

Ordered these, sales listing & purchase invoice said ‘Ltd Edition’, but just opened the box and found they’d simply sent the basic version
Yeah unfortunately the same here, still a decent price but I'm returning and purchasing from Juno at £90.25 for ltd edition, happy to pay the extra fiver or so for the spare pads
Not sure about £120/130.. most places are £89/90
