Oh, apologies.

I shall recalibrate my personal opinion and experience to match yours.

It's a good price, but wait around and they'll hit it again within a month or less. Rumours of a replacement model down the road.

These are going on sale all the time, everywhere these days. Think they are being phased out. Picked mine up for £119 a month ago.
Brilliant headphones. Love mine. Such rich sound
Been cheaper as another poster has mentioned.

I really wanted to like these but returned mine as they didn't go loud enough at full volume. Not quiet but easily and comfortably listenable on full and for some tracks I yearned for a couple notches higher. Shame as the sound quality was fantastic and very comfortable too.

Funny
I think it's a good price OP.

I love mine although I did get mine a bit cheaper, but that was a one off with a lot of discount and I would never pay full price for them, at this price they're a deal.
I had a work colleague that raved and raved about these until he finally purchased them and turns out they hurt his ears as they pressed in too tightly.
I got a pair for the same price a few months ago and returned them for a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3. The Sennheisers have better sound but the noise cancelling is terrible, and its always on when in bluetooth. If you want the sound quality or looks and don't care about wireless - get the wired version of these as they are even cheaper. If you want noise cancelling or wireless - don't get these.

Astonishing.

You mean they’re no better than something two years newer and twice the price?

And to think people come here looking for the best hi fi, and some tahrt turns it into “hot uk deals.”

If you want wireless, these are ideal because they’re wireless.

If you want to mess around proud at your ability to turn ‘noise cancelling’ on or off with a button, you clearly don’t want ‘noise cancelling’ at all, or any of its sonic advantages or disadvantages.

If you appreciate the headphones gently diminishing background noise whenever you turn them on and use them as intended, you might actually enjoy these.

Especially if you find the noise cancelling on other brands harsh and artificial.

If you expect your noise cancelling headphones to place your listening gear in a sonically perfect soundspace as if you were in a finely crafted isolation booth at Abbey Road....

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Yes, I agree it’s such a shame that Sennheiser made these with such enormous soft leatherette cushioned ear pads, and never thought to make the headband adjustable...

The agony must be excruciating.

Your mate should have got himself a nice pair of Taotronics BH40’s - the gold standard.

His name isn’t Jumbo, is it?

I’d agree but add this caveat.... I would never pay “full price” for ANY of these headphones, not even if Led Zeppelin’s sound guy personally crafted them using minerals from the moon and the rarest Hawaiian unicorn leather...

£300 for headphones is idiotic.

Especially rechargeable headphones with sealed battery units.

But £100-£130 for these is a very sweet spot indeed.
