Sorry, yeah refurbished.
Any good compared to XM2s and 3s?
Oh gaud so so tempted have only ever spent £120 max on headphones so maybe punching above my weight, but, are they really worth it ??????

JBL E65BTNC
are starting to distort now and do need some but......do I really need to pay more?
Any advice would be appreciated thank you
These are great headphones except.. when the battery goes you're f+++++d as replacement batteries don't seem to be available anywhere, which is dreadful for a £200 pair of cans. The one supplier I found hasn't had stock for 6 months. Also I had one pair, naturally out of warranty, where the off on switch (which is built into the right phone) stopped working. The helpfiul advice was to buy a new pair.

So 10/10 for sound 0/10 for customer service. These should not be considered disposable items!
Sounds like a risky purchase from the comments. Any ideas of a similar product worth buying?

They have volume issues, not loud enough

I think that if you upgrade to something like this, you'll feel in another planet, premium territory

Hey there, I bought Bose QG35iis, but returned them when I found the Sony XM3s £189 (refurbed - but excellent condition) from Sony Centre direct. Haven't looked back since. They sound excellent and are highly recommended. You can tell the difference! Use them two hours a day. I like the gesture control and the battery life. They are comfy too. When I was looking, it was between these two but some people did recommend the ones in op. You do get what you pay for though. Hth
