Had these delivered today and they sound wonderful out of the box. They are going to sound even better when run in properly.

Now been reduced a bit more (was £127.92 when I bought them), which was the cheapest ever.

Same price at Currys if you don't fancy Amazon, but nothing beats Amazon's customer service if something goes wrong.

As for the sound, warm and rich. Not the bass monsters that Sennheiser claim, hit the sweet spot for bass.

Build quality is sensational. Built like a tank, but look extremely stylish with some quality construction.

Now to sell some of my other headphones as I have too many.

Hmmm, I posted in another thread about this, but I'm not impressed with mine, they'll be going back.

Can't wander off from the source more than a few feet without the signal cutting out. Also found the volume to be not quite loud enough on wireless mode.

I find my cheap KS Arena does a better job. The sound quality is better on the Urbanites, but I can get upstairs to the loo and still listen to my tunes on the KS, can't get to my kitchen without the music stuttering on the Urbanites.

Not to mention a rather annoying high pitched "click" accompanying every track skip change...

Strange. I've not experienced any of what you've described.

Not sure how much the bluetooth range is supposed to be. I've not had any issues with drop out or when testing (leaving phone upstairs or downstairs) or loss in audio quality when moving away from source.

The Parrot Zik technology works really well. Double tap for next and triple tap for back. Not hearing any clicks when moving through songs.

As for the volume on bluetooth, I'm listening to just over 50%. I'm only increasing the volume for quieter tracks as most of my music collection is 320KB though.

You could have a faulty pair.

Sorry, for me they are just too quiet on the Bluetooth - I took them back and am stuck with the old (but loud with bass) KS Arenas. Other reviews back up my experience so I assume they were not faulty.

Shame really, I was trying to like them

I still need a good LOUD pair of Bluetooth over-ears...
