i was looking for some headphones for my sister for Christmas, and noticed these were half price. checked other stores and apart from ebay they're £249.99 everywhere else. seems a decent price. hope this helps someone.

Sennheiser recommends these headphone for serious listeners seeking cool urban design style, bass-driven sound and total freedom from cables. The Urbanite XL Wireless also comes with the durability and intelligence needed for a life on the streets. Built to last in every sense, they can deliver 25 hours of playback time, and are constructed with durable metal components, so they can keep pace with you day in and day out. The collapsible design makes it easy to fold and store in the supplied soft pouch.

State-of-the-art intuitive touch control panel on the headphone: just slide your finger to adjust the volume or tap to control music and calls.

Hours of use – up to 25 hours of music without recharging and 15 days of stand-by time.

Ah, was going to add that I'm not sure what the XL ones HMV have as you can barely get a look at their boxes because they're all locked to the shelf
I managed to get a pair of these delivered, stock is very low. They were released in 2015 at £200, have since gone up to £250 everywhere. They are well reviewed and being sennheiser you usually can't go wrong.

who would pay 250 for these when you can pick up the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 for 230 or less?

Alas, you can. I bought the predecessor to these, and they were too tight a fit on my head. Havent gone anywhere near them for the last number of years. They used to have a good range, but the prices are all over the place - newest are hugely dear, and then last years models are good discounts. The metal band causes pressure on your head, and are not adjustable, so be careful if you cannot try them out. If you have a small head, they might work well. Dont overspend because there is a huge choice out there. Sennheissers being "cheap" isnt a good reason to buy them - but check ebay for prices and the confusing array of choice. (Amazon is good too, but hugely confusing when dealing with noname brands).
Can I be your sister
