Came across this 24hr flash sale on these auto opening bins. Seems to be cheaper than anywhere else for these bins. Made.com always stylish and has good build quality so went for it.

Prices from £29

Fair enough, is that for the Sensé ones? or some other brand? got a link?

Not Sense ones but are they a well known brand anyway?

Just put auto bin into eBay's search n loads appear.

I've had 3 bins off ebay in 6 years, and the one I've currently got is groaning a bit, I think these are a great price, for a branded item, so I'm going to buy one for when mine dies.
Once you've had a touch free bin, you never want to go back!

No problem

Yeah that's my thoughts with non branded items & Ebay. Got sick of it.

Subsequently haven't bought anything off Ebay in a long while.

Hopefully this bin will last!

Ah ok. Im in the same boat as Milosgran with experience of buying from ebay with certain non/lesser well known brands and being let down time after time, thought id give this a go.

Made.com items are always top quality from my personal experience so don't see why these would be any different

made.com are only buying them in, they aren't making them so I don't see how you can be the judge on the quality. I too have had a couple of bins from eBay, 1st lasted just over 2 years, 2nd time just bought a lid to replace the one that had worn out. They all come from China so I wouldn't get carried away thinking these are any better...

And after looking further at the pictures, the one they are selling looks EXACTLY like the one I bought off eBay from a firm in Huddersfield so they aren't any better - they are EXACTLY the same thing!

I'm only speaking from personal experience, sorry if you're taking this personally. I'm sure the one you've bought is very good also.

I know full well made.com are bringing these in from an external supplier (most likely China). What I mean is they wont want to tarnish their reputation stocking inferior items. Surely that makes sense from a preserving brand perspective?

If you're happy with yours and they are the same thing for around the same price I'll be happy also

I'm not taking anything personally mate unlike you. I told you it wasn't a deal, you wanted proof which you got. You then said that it would be a higher quality product than from eBay and it isn't.

Hope you're happy with your purchase, just don't think it was a bargain because it isn't I'm afraid.
