where would you bolt this too - too keep it secure? any tips

If you wish to keep it secure, I would recommend bolting it to the inside of a much larger safe.

what happens when the motorised bolt stops motorising?

Doesn't really matter - your stuff is still safe... forever...

Burglar reads this and now thinks to looks in all hiding places.

Much cheaper safe now a waste of money.

That is the beauty of this safe. It actually becomes even safer.

Does it come with a potato?
Good price, but FYI, this is like a hotel safe - neither fire nor water proof.

They're not thief-proof either. I've seen stuff about how easy these are to open without the code.
Sold out??? Can't see it online in UK

Yep. Couple years ago it was bouncing it and turning the handle would open. So sentry fixed that by adding a magnetic pin. However you can now use a strong rare earth magnet to pull that pin down. As long as people know this upfront and don't expect impenetrable safe it's good to stopping most people getting instant access to your private or personal items.

Yep, it's like the little "hidden" wall safes a few years ago that were built into the back of electric wall sockets. Then they were advertised for sale with a big advert in a national newspaper.

Safes like this are still good though, if you just want to protect against casual thieves, distraction thieves and dishonest cleaners etc.

Better still, nice somewhere "nice"
Thought this was a good deal, then realised I'd have nothing to put in it

Possibly, but at normal price. Depends on how many they sell I suppose.
